Cancellation Policy
The Skin Lab positively accepts all cancellations, reschedules or modifications made before 48 hours of scheduled sessions.
Any sessions altered after the 48 hours is subject to a non-refundable deposit required for future sessions booked. If altering sessions becomes repetitious, a non-refundable deposit may be required for future sessions booked.
This enables not only your time to always be allocated properly, but each of our other friends and patients time to be allocated properly as well.
Upon booking new and existing patient information input will be inclusive of card on file.
If cancellation policy is not adhered to properly, a charge may be incurred. If 48 hours is not given for modification/reschedule/cancellation 50% may be charged to the card on file. If a no call/no-show event occurs 100% of the session may be charged to the card on file.
Refund and Gift Card Policy
The Skin Lab positively extends replacement for any retail item defective directly from the manufacture. Our policy is not inclusive of refund.
Gift cards are to be utilized on or before the specified expiration date. The patient is responsible for physically presenting the gift card at the time of service.
Gift cards are not applicable in combination with any other promotions.

Payment Policy
1.5% payment processing fee is associated with all card payment related transactions.
As always, The Skin Lab accepts multiple forms of payment. Cash, check, debit/credit card & Apple Pay.
